Exchange & Return

Exchange and Refund are acceptable in below conditions
  • Wrong or Missing Item: Refund or exchange is possible.
  • Lost or damaged item: Refund or exchange is possible.
  • Carrier company's fault: Compensated by the delivery company (EMS &DHL)
  • Customs department return package : Refund or exchange is possible.
  • Failed to pass Customs restrictions (Return Package) : Refund or Reshipping is possible.
  • Customers' request for exchange or return due to side effects with proper evidence attached.

Exchange and Refund are Non-acceptable in below conditions
  • Item damaged and used by customers fault.
  • Customers change their mind and require exchanging and returning.
All Exchange and Return requests must be made within 7 days of you receiving the delivery.

PayPal online payment system has advanced security systems to prevent e-commerce frauds;
therefore PayPal system is secure and successful online transfer system.
