Shipping, authenticity, returns and ingredients.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave within 24 hours on business days. Domestic delivery is 2-4 working days; international 5-12 depending on customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Free over $45 domestically; international rates are calculated at checkout by weight. Duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Are the products authentic?
Yes - bought direct from the brands, with batch codes and expiry dates checked on arrival.
Can I return an opened product?
Within 30 days, yes, if your skin reacted. Send a photo and we will arrange it. Sealed returns are refunded in full.
Do you publish full ingredient lists?
Every product page carries the key percentages and the full INCI list is on the carton and insert. Email us if you need it before ordering.
Are the products cruelty-free?
We only stock brands that do not test on animals. Certification varies by brand and is listed on each carton.
What if a product breaks me out?
Stop using it, keep the packaging, and email us. We will refund or swap it - reactions are the one case where we do not argue.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, two sachets with every order over $30, chosen to match what you bought.
Is there a subscription?
Not yet. Restock reminders are opt-in by email.
Can I order by phone?
Email is faster, but we can take an order over the phone during business hours.
